Nurses were asked to disperse questionnaires among their colleagues with information letter. They were asked to send questionnaires back to research center. In order to trace the questionnaires, codes were posted and follow up calls were also made as reminder for submission of questionnaires. The study employed STATA 9.0 for statistical analysis.
