Diversity can improve the corporate culture of an enterprise. Firms that have good diversity benefit from the ideas of its workers because people of different backgrounds have gone through different life experiences. These experiences are used in brainstorming sessions to generate solutions to problems. Managers can use change management techniques to alter the behavior of the employees. Change management is used to alter the relationship between the company and its customers or suppliers. Another important organization behavior concept is business ethics. Ethics deals with the decision between right and wrong. For example, in the 1990s Nike Corporation was involved in the use of sweatshops to manufacture its good.
