Therefore, there are few known bigcorporations of travel agencies and thus they demonstrate serious weaknesses due to the threat by a number of qualms in their operating environment, declining market power and share as well as profitability levels.The chief opportunity available for the travel agency is the ever increasing demands for their services despite being buffeted by the Airline policies. The travel agencies face a reduction in booking commission fees due to such Airline policies as e-reservation and e-marketing.
