Noise pollution has a harmful effect on the lives of thousands of individuals. Researches have exposed that the link between noise and health is a direct one. Health affects linked to noise are anxiety associated sickness, high blood pressure, hearing troubles, sleep disorder, and disoriented concentration plus productivity. (NIHL), Noise Induced Hearing Loss is the widespread and frequently discussed effect on health, but studies have revealed that exposure to continuous or high-pitched intensity of noise can bring about countless harmful health distress. There is growing evidence that the nearer an individual lives to wind farms, the more the value of ones property falls. For quiet rural land, the payment paid for the tranquillity of natural scenery can no more be reasonable if the region is enclosed by gigantic wind turbines. Existence of Wind farms reduces values of property through the demolishing of scenery, while producing major turbulence which decreases the quality of a peaceful life for inhabitants living nearby. One of the main authenticate real estate principle is the belief that important natural habitats have the best worth, and interference which limits that view wears away value. As stated by Kennedy Maize “Realtors doing business near wind plants in the western US and in Europe understand that property will sell for between ten and thirty percent less than previous market value, depending upon how close it is to the wind farm.” Another negative effect of wind turbine is the increasing ratio of wildlife mortality. The US ornithologist and ecologist of wildlife Albert Manville declared “as many as 440,000 birds are killed by existing wind turbines in the US every year. The numbers are thought to be big because the wind currents most beneficial for producing wind energy also happen to be the ones that billions of birds use to migrate across the US.” This is more than any miserable accident, since it increases enormous danger to species previously at risk from degradation of the habitat. Although, wind turbines, are such huge massive symbols of slaying of wildlife, there is no refutation that they are inextricably associated to the increasing rate of bat and bird mortality. Throughout their migrations, large amount of bats and birds are supposed to travel all the way through many areas of different countries, as well as over mountain crest. As a result, wind turbines in these regions may harm these species. Wind
