In chronic depression suicidal thoughts may occur in the patient which can be threat to the person.In today’s world depression is at a staggering level and the major contributing factor is the stressful lifestyle of the people .The life especially in the cities are so disturbed that people mostly find very less time for sleep and relaxation. A person with inadequate sleep can be victimized by different mental illness and depression is one of them. Too much hectic working environment can lead to unhealthy mental condition and trigger many disorders among individuals. A very balanced healthy diet is also greatly important so that a person maintains his mental health. Since people are more addictive to processed food and fast food the body lacks important nutrients which support healthy brain activities.as they stabilize and neutralize the neurotransmitters in the brain . It is noted that this medicines have several side effects which can be very harmful if used for a prolonged period. So people need to improve their health and eating habits to prevent any complication in their mental status. A good diet of fresh vegetable and fruits are very refreshing and can give a calming and soothing effect to the body and mind. A regular exercise is also very essential to maintain a healthy balance between mind and body.
