Smart Agent’s mission is to be the leading online Real Estate agents in Boston and its environs. Smart Agent Company is aiming at inspiring people to adopt digital system to save tussle and hustle in searching for an apartmentThe company’s approach is to target people both already living in the Boston area and looking to move. The college students from both the U.S, and International students, and anyone who is interested in living in the city also form target market. The college students form the largest target group because of the number of the time they spend on the internet. In addition, majority of Boston residents are college students (Zacharakis, Spinelli, and Timmons). The advent of digitization builds a strong believes on online transactions giving an upper hand to the new venture.Taking the agent out of the picture and letting Smart Agent app seizure the duties are what defines the company’s business (Zacharakis, Spinelli, and Timmons 90). The biggest difference between the enterprise and its competitors is that one can search the company’s database, find an apartment, communicate and work together with the company’s staff. And sign the contract directly with the property owner. The online transaction strategy brings in the ease and quickness of the process, but also creating a high-quality relationship, between the company’s staff and consumer.The objective of Smart Agent app company is to become a major player in the apartment app industry while expanding to additional major cities in the United States (Wong 126-133). Keeping the company’s reputation for high quality and comfortable relationship with the consumers is also one of the company’s top priorities. Smart Agent App Company intends to achieve its objectives by gaining a larger staff and starting up a secure database, and working hard to advance the trust and loyalty of the people.Starting out the company plans to enter the market with no price on the app and offer it free to download. The primary goal is to gain awareness and image of the brand, and separate it from those of the competitors (Zacharakis, Spinelli, and Timmons 91). The management wants to have low costs and high efficiency and providing the customer with their wants and needs.
