The Manifestation of Stress within an Organization. The empirical research was based on a self-completion survey, in which the questionnaire was designed with close-ended questions of the scaled type. The sample size was 500 and random sampling was done of employed, middle-aged, living with their families individuals. This research also indicated the very same results. Therefore, it can be said that the most immediate and negative impact that stress has is that employees start getting absent at their workplace. This is a big hazard to the health of the employee as well as the organization and should be better managed.What is stress? Basically, it is the harmful response that occurs either physically with the body or emotionally with the mind and is the result of pressures from high demands that the worker cannot somehow fulfill or the mismatching between his capabilities and demands.

Their abilities to cope up are being challenged.The topic to be discussed is "the manifestation of stress within an organization". The topic includes the phenomena of stress which occurs within the workplace. There can be many reasons for this stress, but whatever the reasons may be, it poses to be a major challenge for the managers and employers who have to cope up with employees who are stressed and then make sure that they overcome it and that it does not affect their job performance. Stress can be a major boulder for the health of the employee as well as the success of the organization in general. Employees make an organization what it is. And even if one employee is the target of stress, it destroys the whole chain that he or she is part of. This is because there are many things to be done which he or she does on an individual level but then again there are many tasks which other people have to perform which will not complete unless that one person completes his task. Therefore, even if one employee is stressed it is hazardous to the health of the organization as he is part of a chain of command and a hierarchy which runs in the organization.
