This is achieved by facilitating open dialogues among many stakeholders involved in managing the environment. In doing this, fair treatment is achieved in involving all kinds of people from different part of the world regardless of their race, color, originality or income with an aim of achieving a healthy environment for the benefit of all.There are many stakeholders involved in the management of environmental issues and environmental justice (Fryxell & vryza, 2007). They include communities, industry, academia, government and non-profit organizations. Such stakeholders usually aim at bringing people together and facilitating initiatives that are geared towards managing the environment in a sustainable manner. Stakeholders also aim to cover human health and the environment, science technology and environment, land use and urban planning, sociology and anthropology of environmental health justice and grass initiatives (Fryxell & vryza, 2007). They coordinate all these activities to ensure environmental protection at all cost.Human induced activities within the nature are increasingly disturbing the balance of biochemical cycles such as carbon cycle, nitrogen cycle among others. Since the advent of the industrial revolution, the society has consumed a lot of energy. Fryxell and vryza (2007) have it that the bulk of this energy has been obtained from burning an increasing amount of fossil fuels such as coal, oil and natural gas. This trend along with a greater combustion of wood as fuel and burning of large sections of the tropical forest has impacted on imbalance on the environment. Environmental imbalance includes has resulted in human induced global climate change. Global climate change has caused a rise in sea level, changes in precipitation pattern, death of forests, extinction of organisms and problem in agriculture.Most stakeholders’ champions are primarily African-Americans, Latinos, Asians and the environmental justice movements who have put forward a statistical fact showing that people who live and work in America’s most polluted environment are commonly people of color and poor (Fryxell & vryza, 2007). Communities of color which are often poor are routinely targeted to host facilities that have negative impacts on the environment such as landfill, dirty industrial plant. Therefore environmental
