Leaderships styles like charismatic and transformational leadership specify that fact in order to bring a change in an organization, it is imperative that a leader must have a lucid and compelling vision, which is required to motivate and lead his followers for the purpose of bringing in the change in the organization, effectively and efficiently. It is imperative for a leader to know that his vision should be as per the nature and level of change, that is, if the objective is to bring about a drastic change, then it is imperative for a leader to set such a vision for this purpose, through which he would be able to motivate and compel his followers for the sacrifices and hardships, which are required to bring about such a change.A transforming leader basically emphasizes on developing and growing the leadership skills of his followers, for the purpose of making them the leaders of tomorrow, rather than being remain as followers throughout their whole lives. The basic idea of this leadership style is that a leader should lead his followers in such a way that they begin to respect each other’s viewpoint, ideas and feelings. Moreover, a transforming leader respects the liberty and self-esteem of his followers and he also empowers and encourages them to develop themselves so that they would also be able to lead and inspire their followers through their charismatic personality and transforming leadership style. The transforming leadership operates on the ideology that a leader becomes stronger and powerful and also he is respected and trusted more by his followers when he starts to assign and delegate his powers and authorities to his followers, for the purpose of developing them so that they can efficiently and effectively accomplish their individual and organizational goals (Myers, 1998).By sharing his vision and powers with his followers a transforming leader assists his followers, to believe in themselves and also to believe that what they are doing for the purpose of their organization and their own betterment is absolutely correct. Moreover, a transforming leader is well aware regarding the fact that if his followers are afraid that on expressing their ideas and issues in front of their leader, they might be judged or ridiculed by their co-workers on the basis of the issue or idea which they shared with their leader, then it is possible that his followers would not be able to believe in themselves and in their ideas, and
