As a company, we will be committed to serving our clients and offering the best quality services that they require. After identifying the target market segment, the first step in the marketing process will be sales promotion. The company will engage in broadcast, print and online advertisements in the pursuit to create awareness about our services. Several social sites such as Facebook will be used in the advertisement of our services. a part from being so popular, we can use it to gather responses from our clients.After ascertaining the level of competition and clients’ tastes, preferences and expectations, we will segment the market and distribute services to them. Meaning, several branches and distributor outlets will be created. However, in order to effectively do this, deliberate steps will be taken to evenly distribute the services without any discrimination. Besides, a high degree of reliability will be guaranteed at all times. Meanwhile, the organization will ensure that it sets reasonable and fair prices as compared to the competitors. Moreover, we will provide high quality services to the satisfaction of our diverse clientele. Thus, we will satisfy and establish a good rapport with them. Because of this, we will be assured of a good number of clients who will opt for our services instead of that of our competitor.Management is the pillar of the success of this organization. In order to realize any success, there needs to be a competent team of highly experienced, qualified and motivated managers. Thus, it is the plan of the business to create a company structure consisting of the non executive Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Managing Director and a series of departmental managers to spearhead the activities of the sales and marketing, Human Resource management (HRM), operation department and the support staff.Each of these will be expected to execute their roles without any obstacle. This is because they have the required academic, professional and experiential qualifications required to spearhead the activities of this company. Therefore, with the high expectations of our clients, the company is intending to use its management as one of he competitive advantages in the market. Meaning, in order for the organization to satisfy the diverse needs of the clients, they need to be highly trained, experienced and motivated.
