There are over 5000 universities and colleges in the states and there is a big argument that if mandatory attendance in classes is necessary. Some people are saying colleges should have policies to limit students’ attendance, however lots of people disagree with that.
The assignment required 2-3 well-developed paragraphs. However, this first paragraphs does not appear well-developed as such. There’s need for more details to introduce the letter and provide a clear thesis statement.
English professor Jon Price He said “he requires attendance because the lectures provide information that is not necessarily in the book.”
This sentence seem not to be very clear and may mislead the reader. The sentence contains a direct quote from Jon Price, but at the same time, the quote is not brought out clearly. The sentence should be clearly restructured to bring out the intended meaning clearly. The topic sentence, therefore, becomes not clear.
I think is problem could be very easily fixed by nowadays technology,such there should have record sets in every single lecture room.
This sentence is not clear and could mislead or confuse the reader. It is not clear whether it refers to the English professor’s problem,
