Vitamin B is sourced in yeast, pork, cereal grains, sunflower seeds, brown rice, whole grain rye, potatoes, kale etc. whose deficiency may cause beriberi, Wernicke-Korsakoffsyndrome. Vitamin C sources include: liver, fruits and vegetables whose deficiency may lead to megaloblastic anemia.
