The African-American philosophy also emphasizes on the diaspora’s aspect of New World.The African American repression experience has been both political and psychoanalytical. The article clearly explains that the historical and political are the repressive practices set that mark the relation of the modern world to black communities and relation to racism and colonization. Moreover, it points out that the consequences involve social and political invisibility and historical amnesia. For instance, the article claims that individuals have been settling in the New World southern hemisphere for over 40, 000 years suggesting that the African American question poses a double New World people movement.
